MJ is recognized for her exceptional dedication and commitment to service excellence. Her ability to provide thorough, in-depth training—even in challenging environments—sets her apart. While attending Focus, MJ made herself available to deliver a one-on-one training session, leading an advisor to return home as a self-proclaimed “SAM expert.” MJ consistently goes above and beyond to support our advisors, responding quickly to questions and finding solutions when needed. Her patience, expertise, and ability to tailor her training approach to meet the needs of each individual make her an invaluable member of our team.
