Financial Resources Group wrapped up their invitation-only practice management training series with an in-person capstone event held at LPL Financial’s headquarters in Fort Mill, September 20-22. FRG Engaged was designed to help our advisors be successful by sharing ideas and strategies to help them grow their businesses, assets and profits.
The capstone event featured keynote speakers, Dr. Rick Jensen, Performance Coach, Sport Psychologist, Speaker and Author and Duncan MacPherson, CEO of Pareto Systems with special guest speakers, Anders Smith, Vice President, Managing Director, National Sales Consulting Delaware Life Marketing, LLC, Jeng Chiu, Vice President National Sales Consulting Delaware Life, Dr. Jeffrey Roach, PhD, Chief Economist at LPL, Rich Gates, VP Wealth Consultant at LPL, Stanley Andre, Jr., VP National Sales Consulting at LPL, Mariam Koril, Executive Marketing Consultant at White Glove and Tom Grainger and Jamal Ford of Security Benefit.
The event featured a series of workshops that included topics such as, accelerating business growth, building client relationships, M&A and succession planning, strategies to keep your pipeline full and the importance of building your digital footprint, to name a few.
