Susan plays an instrumental role in helping our programs and practices navigate through the transition process. She travels to meet our clients often spending multiple weeks at a time with them in their respective offices and goes above and beyond to keep their accounts organized. Her level of detail with instructions and assistance is top-notch and delivers exceptional customer service during what can be stressful times for our clients.
