Last week, Financial Resources Group proudly welcomed our banking and credit union partners to the 2025 Program Leadership Symposium in Uptown Charlotte. This three-day event brought together over 60 participants for insightful discussions, innovative strategies, and collaborative learning—all designed to drive growth and strengthen partnerships in the ever-evolving financial landscape.

From firm resources and early career advisor development to LPL Financial technology advancements, marketing strategies, and industry insights, the sessions were packed with valuable takeaways. Attendees explored key topics such as program growth initiatives, economic trends with LPL Research, succession planning, and risk management—equipping them with the tools and knowledge to elevate their financial institutions in 2025 and beyond.

The event concluded on a high note with an evening of networking, celebration, and recognition at the NASCAR Hall of Fame. Hosted by Stephen Lank, President, the awards ceremony featured remarks from Peter Vincent, EVP of Strategic Business Development & Head of Field Management, and Reed Eastley, SVP of Corporate Development—both integral members of the LPL Financial team and our Board of Directors. Their insights reinforced the strength of our partnership with LPL and the exciting opportunities ahead.

We were also honored to welcome Men Tchaas Ari, MPA, President and CEO of Communities In Schools of Charlotte Mecklenburg, Inc., along with Thomas “TC” Scott, Vice President, Advancement. They shared the impactful work CIS is doing to support local students and highlighted meaningful ways we can contribute through donations, fundraisers, and volunteer initiatives.

Of course, no PLS event would be complete without recognizing outstanding achievements. Congratulations to this year’s award winners for their exceptional performance in 2024!
